Meditation comes in many formats, there is no right or wrong way. Essentially Meditation is allowing yourself to be peaceful and connecting to the quiet within, which in turn enables you to listen and connect to your essence, the highest part of yourself which knows and understands the “whole” you. The benefits in Meditation can be very empowering, may bring calm, relaxation, health improvements, improved sleeping patterns, clarity and spiritual insight, spiritual awareness.
The sessions I facilitate are Guided Meditations. In both groups the energy brings a sense of safety, peace, acceptance, support and love. We are all one, we are here to assist each other on our journey from a place of love, kindness and acceptance of all.
