  REIKI / SPIRITUAL HEALING  
     
  Reiki /Spiritual healing is working with our own bodies natural resource ENERGY. The practitioner hands act as a transmitter of Universal Energy by placing their hands above or on the body of the client where a transfer of energy occurs. The client may feel heat, cold, tingling either where the hands are placed or other parts of the body. The recipients own body utilizes this energy source to wherever healing is required at that time, be it physical, mental, emotional or spiritual. It is also quite normal not to feel any sensations everybody responds differently as every session can be different. Energy healing can ease pain and speed up recovery within the body. One of the most significant and wonderful things about Reiki/Spiritual healing is that at the end of the healing session you are usually left  feeling more peaceful and calm. Something we all can appreciate and deserve in this hectic world we live in. Everyone of us deserves to feel nurtured and loved and ENERGY healing gives just that.    
  ENERGY healing works alongside and can compliment traditional medicine and other Holistic therapies. Hospitals here in Adelaide and across the world are recognizing the benefits that this gentle modality can give. And may help in instances which aren’t responding to traditional therapy. ENERGY healing has no barriers to whom it may help, it encompasses all.   Theta is a healing tool that works on changing Negative belief systems you have on a conscious and sub-conscious level that may be inhibiting you from embracing life to your full potential. I generally work with Theta combined with Reiki/Spiritual Healing.

  I have found using the Theta technique and embracing it with a Reiki/Spiritual Healing session encompasses the huge benefits of instant Theta Healing and the nurturing and gentleness of Energy Healing and can be a powerful healing experience.
