	I have always struggled with a weight problem and I knew that it was a result of going for chocolate/cakes etc every time I felt weighted down/depressed. 	DISTANT HEALING I have found that with the Reiki and Theta distance treatments I received, I'm able to face problems that occur in my life with a different approach and also that although I've experienced minor setbacks, they seem to be shortlived and I can think more clearly about the steps that need to be taken to resolve any issues that come up. I have realised that it's likely we'll continuously be faced with challenges on all levels and what this Theta work, particularly, has done for me, is to give me a newfound sense of confidence and belief in myself. I've found that the affirmation you gave me to use regarding other's emotions is a very powerful tool and every time I read the list of statements that came up during the Theta session, it is so encouraging and empowering. I really would recommend anyone who wishes to partake in distance work to give it a try. Don't try and figure it out, just accept that there's a shift and a change. It's subtle, but definitely there. 	I am so blessed to have experienced both healing sessions and Ros's Simple Beginnings Mediation CD. Ros's sessions (which I received all the way from her practice in Adelaide, Australia while in the comfort of my own home in Atlanta, Georgia, USA) are profoundly accurate (she just peaks right into your soul), while being gently healing..., safe, nurturing, loving and powerful. 	The Spiritual Weekend Retreat was a blessing for me as it cleared a blockage that I had been holding onto for a few months. The meditations were great outside in nature!
